Pricing Structure for Services

DISCLAIMER; Booking, Attendance, Parental Communication & Confidentiality

By booking or attending a session with NeuroNest, the attending adult confirms that they have authority to engage the child in our voluntary, non-medical, educational service.

NeuroNest communicates with the parent/guardian who books and attends sessions and relies on the information provided by that adult. We do not manage, verify, or become involved in custody, access, or parental disputes unless relevant legal documentation is provided to us in advance.

Any disagreement between parents or guardians about attendance, consent, or participation in NeuroNest services is a private matter for the adults involved to resolve.

For confidentiality and data protection reasons, NeuroNest cannot confirm attendance, share information, or discuss a child with any third party without verified identity, appropriate authority, and, where required, written consent.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to read and understand all sections of the price list/policies before booking services.

Introductory Assessment Services:

• First Integrated Intervention: €160 (45 min) (non-refundable 50% deposit required via online link)

-A required initial appointment to meet your child and determine appropriate next steps. A short Parent/Guardian Questionnaire is sent in advance and must be completed before the appointment. The Early Intervention Specialist meets with the parent/guardian to discuss background, concerns and priorities, while an Early Intervention Assistant works directly with the child in a separate space. Recommended next steps are discussed following the session.

Individual Assessments and Additional Services:

Payment for assessments, reports, consultations, letters, forms, and other additional services is required online in advance. Work will begin only once payment has been received, as practitioner and administrative time must be scheduled before the service can commence.

• Developmental Assessment (Consists of 3 sessions and a report.) = €800
• Standardised Assessment (Consists of sessions and a report.) = €900 – €2,100

• Early Insights Report (Available for children who are attending regularly/weekly. Available once your child has attended at least 5-7 intervention sessions.) = €300
• Support Plan (Available for children who are attending regularly/weekly. Available once your child has attended at least 5-7 intervention sessions.) = €250

• Progress Report (Available for children who are attending regularly/weekly. Available once your child has attended at least 10-15 intervention sessions.) = €400 (discounted for packages, see details below)
• Progress Letter (Available for children who are attending regularly/weekly. Available once your child has attended at least 5-7 intervention sessions.) = €110
• Individual parent consultation 60min (in person/over zoom) (Available once your child has attended at least 5 intervention sessions.) = 1 practitioner; €120 practitioner and assistant; €160

• School/Preschool Visit (Available for children who have booked a package.) = 1 practitioner; €195 practitioner and assistant; €245
• Zoom Consultation with School or Preschool (Available for children who have booked a package.) = 1 practitioner; €150 2 practitioner and assistant; €195

• Letters: (Supporting letters for school/preschool, GP/consultants, other professionals, accommodation/support services, etc.)= €60-80 (Letter type and content are subject to the child’s length of attendance and information available to our practitioners. Eligibility for the requested letter should be confirmed with us before booking.)
• Form Completion: (HSE/disability supports, school/SNA paperwork, housing/community supports, medical/insurance forms, DCA forms, other forms, etc.)= €80-110  (depending on complexity and length)

Eligibility Requirements for Services Listed Above

All reports, letters and other documentation listed above must be based on a current or recently completed, continuous period of intervention. Any minimum session requirement must be met through consecutive sessions within that same intervention period. Where there has been a significant gap in attendance, documentation may not be issued until sufficient up-to-date information has been gathered, as the child’s development, presentation and support needs may have changed.

Payable per session:

Notice- Please note that pay-per-session bookings will be permanently discontinued from 1 January 2027. From this date, all clients wishing to attend NeuroNest Early Intervention will be required to enrol in one of our available intervention packages.

Early Intervention Services

• 60 minute session: €125

Packages:

At NeuroNest, our intervention packages are designed to provide consistent, ongoing support for your child. Packages are paid by instalments every 24–27 days. To ensure the package cost is covered within the package timeframe, the first instalment is slightly higher, and the remaining instalments are lower and evenly spread. This structure helps keep payments clear, fair, and aligned with delivery of sessions throughout the package.

If your child attends once per week, you can use the full number of instalments listed. If your child attends twice per week, the package will be completed sooner, and therefore the maximum number of instalments is reduced by one (see examples below).

Although instalment due dates are provided, families may pay earlier at any time, including paying multiple instalments together or paying the full package upfront. The only requirement is that payments are made on or before the agreed due dates.

Package Booking & First Instalment Payment

To secure an intervention package, the first instalment of a chosen/recommended package must be paid in advance.

Payment can be made in person immediately after the First Integrated Intervention session or online within five calendar days following that session, and before the package begins.

NeuroNest will provisionally hold the proposed weekly appointment slot for a maximum of forementioned five calendar days. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will expire, and the slot may be offered to another child.

Package bookings and practitioner allocations are confirmed only upon receipt of the first instalment, which forms part of the total package cost and is not an additional charge.

45-Minute Sessions

15-session package: €1,425 (up to 3 instalments) + Discount of 30% on 1 Progress Report (optional).

Attending once weekly: €535 × 1, then €445 × 2 (3 instalments).

Attending twice weekly: €755 × 1, then €670 × 1 (2 instalments).

20-session package: €1,800 (up to 4 instalments) + Discount of 30% on 1 Progress Report (optional).

Attending once weekly: €525 × 1, then €425 × 3 (4 instalments).

Attending twice weekly: €660 × 1, then €570 × 2 (3 instalments).

60-Minute Online LC Croatian Sessions

10-session package: €550 (up to 2 instalments)

Attending once weekly: €320 × 1, then €230 × 1 (2 instalments).

Progress Reports are most accurate when completed while your child is actively attending sessions, as they reflect your child’s current progress, presentation, support needs, and intervention goals.

A one-month grace period applies after the package or sessions end. During this time, families may still request a Progress Report, but it will be charged at the full report fee.

After the grace period, a new review session, consultation, or further intervention sessions may be required before a report can be prepared, as older session records may no longer reflect the child’s current needs accurately.

Intervention packages are generally scheduled on a once-weekly basis. Twice-weekly attendance may also be arranged, subject to appointment availability and NeuroNest's scheduling capacity.

Additional Practitioner/Assistant Support

In some cases, a child may need two practitioners or a practitioner and an assistant present during sessions to ensure they can participate safely, meaningfully, and successfully. This may be advised by NeuroNest where additional support is needed for safety, supervision, regulation, transitions, participation in activities, higher support needs, or risk management. Where NeuroNest advises that additional practitioner/assistant support is required, this must be agreed before sessions can proceed.

a) Two Specialists/Practitioners

• Additional fee: €50–€60 per session
• Recommended where a child requires input from two specialist practitioners
• Suitable where higher-level therapeutic planning, specialist judgement, or coordinated intervention is required

b) One Specialist/Practitioner and One Assistant

• Additional fee: €35–€45 per session
• Recommended where a child requires support from an assistant alongside the specialist
• Suitable for supervision, regulation, transitions, safety, and practical participation support

Additional practitioner/assistant support is not available for Croatian Language Tuition or Leaving Certificate Grinds. Therefore, the additional support fees outlined above do not apply to these services.

Payment Arrangements

Additional practitioner or assistant support fees are calculated according to the total number of sessions within the selected package and distributed evenly across the agreed instalments.

For example, a 15-session package payable in three instalments will include the additional support fees for five sessions in each instalment.

Unlike the standard package payment structure, the additional support fee remains equal across all instalments, with no increased amount applied to the first payment. These fees are added to the corresponding standard package instalments.

Returning After a Break in Attendance

If a child takes a break from sessions, their regular weekly slot can only be held for a maximum of 3 weeks, subject to prior agreement and availability.

If a family wishes to return after a break of more than 3 weeks, the child will be treated as a returning client and a previous weekly slot cannot be guaranteed. In these cases, NeuroNest will offer the next suitable available appointment, where possible.

For longer breaks, especially where a child has not attended for several weeks or months, an updated consultation, review session, or new first appointment may be required before sessions resume. This is particularly important for younger children, as their presentation, regulation, communication, needs, and support strategies can change significantly over time.

For package clients, standard cancellation and rescheduling terms still apply. However, extended breaks or repeated absences may affect both the child’s progress and the availability of their previous appointment time.
