Introductory Assessment Services:

First Integrated Intervention: €110 (60 min)  (non-refundable 50% deposit required via online link)

Early Insights Report & Support Plan: €220 (non-refundable 50% deposit required via online link)

Individual Assessments and Interventions:

Developmental Assessment and Intervention Plan: €300

Standardised Assessments: €300 – €900 (based on specific tools and methods)

Integrated Intervention, payable per session:

• 60 minutes: €110
• 45 minutes: €95
• 30 minutes: €80

School or Preschool Visit: €120

Zoom Consultation with School or Preschool: €110

Individual Parent Consultation (Available to families whose child has attended at least 5 intervention sessions; designed to review progress and support ongoing home and school strategies.): €75

Completion of Forms or Letters (e.g. for schools, professionals, disability/HSE applications, support services, etc.): €35

Intervention Packages:

At NeuroNest, our intervention packages are designed to provide consistent, ongoing support for your child. Payments are made in instalments every 24–28 days to ensure the full cost is covered within the duration of your package. The following structure helps keep payments clear, fair, and fully completed before your package ends.

• If your child attends once per week, you can use the full number of instalments listed.
• If your child attends twice per week, the package will be completed sooner, and therefore the maximum number of instalments is reduced by one.

30-Minute Sessions

The 30-minute session package is offered exclusively as a 20-session package.

The total cost for this package is €1,400 (€70 per session) (up to 4 instalments max)

Includes 1 hour of individual parent consultations + discount of 50% on 1 Developmental Assessment & Intervention Plan / Progress Report. Normally €300, package price €150.

45-Minute Sessions

The 45-minute session packages provide a balanced approach to therapy. Two options are available:

15-session package: Total cost is €1,200 (€80 per session)(up to 3 instalments max)

Includes 1 hour of individual parent consultations + discount of 50% on 1 Developmental Assessment & Intervention Plan / Progress Report. Normally €300, package price €150.

20-session package: Total cost is €1,500 (€75 per session)(up to 4 instalments max)

Includes 1 hours of individual parent consultations + discount of 50% on 1 Developmental Assessment & Intervention Plan / Progress Report. Normally €300, package price €150.

60-Minute Sessions

The 60-minute session packages are ideal for comprehensive developmental support. Three options are available:

10-session package: Total cost is €1,000 (€100 per session)(up to 2 instalments max)

Includes discount of 50% on 1 Developmental Assessment & Intervention Plan / Progress Report. Normally €300, package price €150.

15-session package: Total cost is €1,425 (€95 per session)(up to 3 instalments max)

Includes 1 hour of individual parent consultations + discount of 50% on 1 Developmental Assessment & Intervention Plan / Progress Report. Normally €300, package price €150.

20-session package: Total cost is €1,800 (€90 per session)(up to 4 instalments max)

Important Information

As part of your package, you receive a special 50% discount on a professional Assessment & Intervention Plan. We encourage families to use this during their package, as the discount is designed to support you while we are actively working together. If it isn’t used before the package ends, the discount will unfortunately expire and the report will return to its standard price. Similarly, if you decide to rebook a second package, the discount from the first package cannot be carried over — it simply expires with the end of that package. This way, each package includes its own benefits, and reports can best reflect your child’s most up-to-date progress and needs.

Additional Practitioner Support

All sessions at NeuroNest are delivered on a one-to-one basis with a practitioner, under the supervision and professional guidance of the wider team. In certain circumstances, either at the request of the parent/guardian or as recommended by our professionals, two practitioners may be required to work with a child during sessions. This may occur, for example, in situations where additional support is needed for safety, behavioural, or therapeutic reasons.

In cases where two practitioners are requested or deemed necessary, an additional cost will apply. The amount of this cost will depend on the details of the chosen package and the nature of the required support. A quotation will be provided by our team prior to confirming this arrangement, and no changes will be made without the agreement of the parent/guardian.

Payment Information

Payment for individual sessions is required in full on the day of your appointment. Payments are made directly in the office, either before or after the session. This applies most commonly to initial intervention sessions, but also to any other individual sessions outside of a package. Payment on the day ensures that your child’s reserved time is secured and that sessions run smoothly without interruption.

For package options, the first instalment is payable on the first day of the package. Future instalments will be outlined in advance and recorded on your appointment sheet. Clients may also choose to pay the full package amount in one payment on the first day, should they prefer. This ensures clarity and allows your child’s sessions to remain reserved and tailored to their needs.

Payments can be made in person using a credit or debit card through our POS terminal. We also accept cash payments at the practice.

Insurance & Professional Memberships

Some of the services offered by our team may be eligible for reimbursement through private health insurance providers. Our practitioners are registered with the relevant professional bodies (www.neuronest.ie).
