Pricing Structure for Services
DISCLAIMER; Booking, Attendance, Parental Communication & Confidentiality
By booking a session with NeuroNest, the attending adult confirms that they have the authority to engage the child in a voluntary, non-medical, educational service. NeuroNest works with and communicates with the adult who books and attends sessions and relies on the authority of the presenting adult. Both parents are not required to attend sessions; where both parents attend together, we are happy to engage with both. We do not inquire into or verify family arrangements, custody, access, or caregiving roles unless this information is shared with us in advance. NeuroNest does not act as an intermediary in parental disputes and does not manage or enforce custody or access arrangements. Any disagreement between parents regarding attendance or participation in NeuroNest services is a matter for the parents themselves to resolve. For confidentiality and data protection reasons, NeuroNest cannot confirm attendance, share information, or discuss any child with third parties without verified identity and appropriate authority.

Intervention Packages:
At NeuroNest, our intervention packages are designed to provide consistent, ongoing support for your child. Packages are paid by instalments every 24–28 days. To ensure the package cost is covered within the package timeframe, the first instalment is slightly higher, and the remaining instalments are lower and evenly spread. This structure helps keep payments clear, fair, and aligned with delivery of sessions throughout the package.
If your child attends once per week, you can use the full number of instalments listed. If your child attends twice per week, the package will be completed sooner, and therefore the maximum number of instalments is reduced by one.
Although instalment due dates are provided, families may pay earlier at any time, including paying multiple instalments together or paying the full package upfront. The only requirement is that payments are made on or before the agreed due dates (late payments are not permitted).

Important Information
As part of your package, you receive a special 50% discount on a professional Assessment & Intervention Plan. We encourage families to use this during their package, as the discount is designed to support you while we are actively working together. If it isn’t used before the package ends, the discount will unfortunately expire and the report will return to its standard price. Similarly, if you decide to rebook a second package, the discount from the first package cannot be carried over — it simply expires with the end of that package. This way, each package includes its own benefits, and reports can best reflect your child’s most up-to-date progress and needs.
Please note that reports require a minimum of three weeks to complete. To use the 50% report discount, the report must be requested before your package ends, while we are still actively working with your child. If a report is requested weeks after sessions have finished (for example, a month later), the discount will have expired, as the child is no longer in active intervention and additional time is required to review and summarise past work retrospectively.
Additional Practitioner Support
In certain circumstances, either at the request of the parent/guardian or as recommended by our professionals, a child may require two practitioners during sessions. This may be necessary where additional support is required for safety, behavioural regulation, or therapeutic effectiveness (for example, where a child may physically injure a practitioner, requires higher levels of supervision, or needs two-person support to participate successfully in activities).
Where a second practitioner is required, an additional fee will apply. This additional practitioner support is typically €20–€30 extra per session.
If sessions are paid per session, the session fee will increase by €20–€30 per appointment for the duration that two-practitioner support is required. If sessions are paid as a package by instalments, the additional cost will be incorporated into the instalment plan so that payments remain clear and aligned with the number of sessions covered. For example, where a 20-session package is paid in 4 instalments (5 sessions per instalment), each instalment would increase by 5 × €20–€30 for the period where two-practitioner support applies.
A quotation will always be provided in advance, and no changes to pricing or staffing arrangements will be made without the agreement of the parent/guardian.[](file:///C:/Users/miham/Downloads/Pricing%20Structure%20for%20Services%20(3).pdf)
