Pricing Structure for Services
DISCLAIMER; Booking, Attendance, Parental Communication & Confidentiality
By booking or attending a session with NeuroNest, the attending adult confirms that they have authority to engage the child in our voluntary, non-medical, educational service.
NeuroNest communicates with the parent/guardian who books and attends sessions and relies on the information provided by that adult. We do not manage, verify, or become involved in custody, access, or parental disputes unless relevant legal documentation is provided to us in advance.
Any disagreement between parents or guardians about attendance, consent, or participation in NeuroNest services is a private matter for the adults involved to resolve.
For confidentiality and data protection reasons, NeuroNest cannot confirm attendance, share information, or discuss a child with any third party without verified identity, appropriate authority, and, where required, written consent.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to read and understand all sections of the price list/policies before booking services.
Introductory Assessment Services:
First Integrated Intervention: €140 (60 min) (non-refundable 50% deposit required via online link)
-A required initial appointment to meet your child and agree next steps. One practitioner meets with the parent/guardian to discuss background, concerns, priorities, while a second practitioner works directly with the child in a separate room. In the final 30 minutes, both practitioners work with the child while the parent completes intake forms. Following this visit, initial plan is created, where appropriate, proceed to booking intervention sessions.
Early Insights Report & Support Plan - Post First Integrated Intervention (must be booked in advance to first session): €250 (non-refundable 50% deposit required via online link)
Individual Assessments and Additional Services:
Payment for assessments, reports, consultations, letters, forms, and other additional services is required online in advance. Work will begin only once payment has been received, as practitioner and administrative time must be scheduled before the service can commence.
Non-standardised Assessments = €400
Standardised Assessments = €700 – €1,400
Progress Report post Assessment = €340
Individual parent consultation 60min (in person/over zoom) (Available once your child has attended at least 5 intervention sessions.) = €80
School/Preschool Visit (Available for children who have booked a package.) = 1 practitioner; €130 2 practitioners; €165
Zoom Consultation with School or Preschool (Available for children who have booked a package.) = 1 practitioner; €115 2 practitioners; €150
Letters: (Supporting letters for school/preschool, GP/consultants, other professionals, accommodation/support services, etc.)= €30
Form Completion: (HSE/disability supports, school/SNA paperwork, housing/community supports, medical/insurance forms, other forms, etc.)= €40-60 (depending on complexity and length)
Progress Report for packages (Available once your child has attended at least 10 intervention sessions.) = €320
Payable per session:
Early Intervention Services
- 60 minutes: €115
- 45 minutes: €100
Packages:
At NeuroNest, our intervention packages are designed to provide consistent, ongoing support for your child. Packages are paid by instalments every 24–28 days. To ensure the package cost is covered within the package timeframe, the first instalment is slightly higher, and the remaining instalments are lower and evenly spread. This structure helps keep payments clear, fair, and aligned with delivery of sessions throughout the package.
If your child attends once per week, you can use the full number of instalments listed. If your child attends twice per week, the package will be completed sooner, and therefore the maximum number of instalments is reduced by one (see example at end).
Although instalment due dates are provided, families may pay earlier at any time, including paying multiple instalments together or paying the full package upfront. The only requirement is that payments are made on or before the agreed due dates.
Package Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit is required to secure all package bookings:
- Standard packages: €120
- Two-practitioner packages: €180
The deposit is deducted from the first instalment and is not an additional charge. A child’s package start date, weekly slot, and practitioner allocation are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

45-Minute Sessions
15-session package: €1,275 (up to 3 instalments) + Discount of 50% on 1 Progress Report.
20-session package: €1,600 (up to 4 instalments) + Discount of 50% on 1 Progress Report.

10-session package: €1,050 (up to 2 instalments) + Discount of 50% on 1 Progress Report.
15-session package: €1,500 (up to 3 instalments) + Discount of 50% on 1 Progress Report.
20-session package: €1,900 (up to 4 instalments) + Discount of 50% on 1 Progress Report.

Additional Practitioner Support
In some cases, a child may need two practitioners present during sessions to ensure they can participate safely, meaningfully, and successfully. This may be advised by NeuroNest where additional support is needed for safety, supervision, regulation, transitions, participation in activities, higher support needs, or risk management. Where NeuroNest advises that additional practitioner support is required, this must be agreed before sessions can proceed.
a) Two Specialists
- Additional fee: €40–€50 per session
- Recommended where a child requires input from two specialist practitioners
- Suitable where higher-level therapeutic planning, specialist judgement, or coordinated intervention is required
b) One Specialist and One Assistant
- Additional fee: €20–€30 per session
- Recommended where a child requires support from an assistant alongside the specialist
- Suitable for supervision, regulation, transitions, safety, and practical participation support
Payment Arrangements
If paying per session, the relevant additional fee is added to each session for as long as the support is required. If paying by package or instalment plan, the additional fee is calculated per session and included in the instalment amount. For example, where five sessions are covered by one instalment, the additional fee is added for each of those five sessions.
