DISCLAIMER; Booking, Attendance, Parental Communication & Confidentiality
By booking a session with NeuroNest, the attending adult confirms that they have the authority to engage the child in a voluntary, non-medical, educational service. NeuroNest works with and communicates with the adult who books and attends sessions and relies on the authority of the presenting adult. Both parents are not required to attend sessions; where both parents attend together, we are happy to engage with both. We do not inquire into or verify family arrangements, custody, access, or caregiving roles unless this information is shared with us in advance. NeuroNest does not act as an intermediary in parental disputes and does not manage or enforce custody or access arrangements. Any disagreement between parents regarding attendance or participation in NeuroNest services is a matter for the parents themselves to resolve. For confidentiality and data protection reasons, NeuroNest cannot confirm attendance, share information, or discuss any child with third parties without verified identity and appropriate authority.

Intervention Packages:
At NeuroNest, our intervention packages are designed to provide consistent, ongoing support for your child. Packages are paid by instalments every 24–28 days. To ensure the package cost is covered within the package timeframe, the first instalment is slightly higher, and the remaining instalments are lower and evenly spread. This structure helps keep payments clear, fair, and aligned with delivery of sessions throughout the package.
If your child attends once per week, you can use the full number of instalments listed. If your child attends twice per week, the package will be completed sooner, and therefore the maximum number of instalments is reduced by one (see example at end).
Although instalment due dates are provided, families may pay earlier at any time, including paying multiple instalments together or paying the full package upfront. The only requirement is that payments are made on or before the agreed due dates

Additional Practitioner Support
In certain circumstances, either at the request of the parent/guardian or following professional recommendation, a child may require support from two practitioners during sessions. This may be recommended to ensure safety, support regulation, or optimise therapeutic outcomes, particularly where higher levels of supervision or two-person support are needed to help a child participate successfully in activities.
Where two-practitioner support is required, an additional fee applies. This support is typically charged at €20–€30 per session and reflects the involvement of an additional qualified practitioner, along with the associated insurance, safeguarding, and risk-management requirements necessary to provide safe and appropriate support.
If sessions are paid on a per-session basis, the session fee will increase by €20–€30 for the duration that two-practitioner support is required. Where sessions are booked as a package and paid by instalments, the additional cost is calculated per session and incorporated into the instalment plan. This ensures payments remain clear, transparent, and aligned with the number of sessions delivered.
Where two-practitioner support is professionally required and a parent/guardian does not agree to this arrangement, NeuroNest is unable to continue intervention sessions, as proceeding without appropriate staffing would compromise safety, professional standards, and insurance requirements.
